Board delays Kingsbury Road lot plan pending driveway revisions

Spencer Planning Board continues review of Kingsbury Road three-lot plan. Chair Robert Ceppi, Vice Chair Shirley Shiver, and members Gina Beford, Charlie Bellemer, and Vaughn Slack voted unanimously to continue review of a three-lot Approval Not Required application from Mahaney Realty Trust for 26 Kingsbury Road, requiring the applicant to revise common driveway language on the plan. The board will reconvene March 24 at 6 p.m. to review revisions.
The applicant must obtain a Special Permit and Conservation Commission Notice of Intent before construction. The board also unanimously approved a $73.50 Stonebridge Press invoice and prior meeting minutes.
