The Spencer town clerk announced that polls for the Nov. 3, 2026 state election will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Town Hall, with early in-person and mail voting also available.

Spencer Board of Sewer Commissioners voted 2-0 to deny sewer contributions toward water department roof repair and cleaning systems proposals. Members Francis X. White and Lawrence H. Dufault approved the denials, protecting the sewer enterprise fund which held FY26 retained earnings of $929,058.65.
