Spencer Planning Board granted scenic road permit for stone wall removal at William Casey Road. Vice Chair Shirley Shiver moved for unanimous approval of the permit allowing 24 feet of stone wall removal for driveway access at 23 William Casey Road; the property owner Samuel Shaw had been unaware of scenic road bylaws when the wall was initially removed. In other action, the board unanimously endorsed a boundary line adjustment for three lake properties at 103, 105, and 109 Clark Road.
The board continued two stormwater and scenic road hearings for William Casey Road properties until September 15 and voted unanimously to recommend waiver of Chapter 61A agricultural preservation designation for 17 Sunberg Road and Lots 15 and 30 Hastings Road.
