Spencer Board of Assessors approves motor vehicle and real estate abatements totaling over $104,000. Members Nancy Herholz and Elaine Jaquith voted unanimously to approve six motor vehicle abatement applications and deny one, and to ratify December's monthly abatement lists across three categories: motor vehicle ($3,076.82 across tax years 2023 to 2025), boat excise ($15.00 for FY2026), and real estate ($100,929.47 for FY2026). The board was notified the HUD OCAF remains unreleased for 2026.
