Spencer Board of Water Commissioners approves $14,900 compliance assessment. The three-member board, chaired by Norman Letendre with members Eben Butler and Stanley Davis, unanimously approved a $14,900 Risk and Resilience Assessment from Tata and Howard to meet American Water Infrastructure Act requirements. The board also addressed resident concerns, unanimously waiving two $30 late fees at 55 Grove Street and 3 Sampson Street for claimed non-receipt of bills, and negotiating a payment agreement on a $4,589.62 balance at 17 Mechanic Street after denying an abatement request.
