Spencer Conservation Commission approves retaining wall project, continues three applications for review. The commission unanimously approved Richard Gaffney's Notice of Intent for a retaining wall at 21 Sherman Grove with an as-built plan requirement per state recommendations. The commission also unanimously approved updated plans for Vladislaw Mich's utility building at 78 Donnelly Road after relocating the structure away from the property line.
Three applications were continued to February 25: an ANRAD for a two-home Capen Road project pending peer review, a Request for Determination of Applicability for Dale Street pending erosion controls, and George Lussier's Notice of Intent for Marble Road stormwater work.
