Spencer Conservation Commission approves wetland review for Hansen construction project. The commission voted unanimously to approve an Abbreviated Notification of Resource Area Delineation for C.R. Hansen Construction LLC at Lot 3 and Lot 4, Capen Road after site consultants confirmed accuracy of wetland flagging.
In separate action, commissioners voted unanimously to accept a Notice of Intent from Kara Sliwoski for front-porch extension and retaining-wall work at 43 Jolicoeur Avenue with conditions requiring notification and timing on construction phases. The commission also directed issuance of a Notice of Violation for unpermitted work at 4 Woodbine Terrace, citing fence construction, a dock, and unauthorized beach sand placement in the resource area.
