Spencer Conservation Commission approves amendments to two Orders of Conditions. In unanimous votes, the Commission approved an amendment to the Order of Conditions for GoVenture Capital Group, LLC on East Main Street (R35 1-3), permitting the addition of septic and well systems outside the wetland buffer zone, a proposal the Board of Health had endorsed. The Commission also voted unanimously to extend the Order of Conditions for the Woodside Drive project for two years to complete driveway work.
Additionally, the Commission approved a Certificate of Compliance for 8 Wildwood Lane in a 5-0 vote, with Commissioner Warren Snow abstaining.
