Economic Development Committee Sets 2026 Work Priorities
Economic Development Committee · Meeting of February 3, 2026
Spencer economic development committee sets priorities for downtown growth. Reviewing the 2023 Housing Production Plan and 2020 Downtown Parking Study, the seven-member committee set three priorities for 2026: a Doing Business in Spencer permitting guidebook, downtown parking improvements, and downtown façade enhancements. Secondary goals included outreach with local business owners and exploring a Spencer Business Alliance.
