SPENCER — Finance Committee launches FY2027 budget planning. The Finance Committee unanimously approved prior meeting minutes and received the Town Administrator's initial FY2027 budget presentation, covering new ambulance service costs, capital requests, regional school assessments, and Bay Path funding requests. The District-Partnership High School building project remains on schedule and on budget, with the north wing 90 percent framed and brick work ahead of schedule as of February 12, 2026.
