Spencer Planning Board approves Kingsbury Road three-lot driveway easement. The board unanimously approved a stormwater permit and special permit for John Mahaney to develop a common driveway easement at 26 Kingsbury Road that will service three residential lots in the Rural Residential zoning district. The project required two waivers: a 60-degree driveway entrance angle and 300-foot maximum turnout spacing to protect wetland buffers.
The board also continued two applications for the Bedrosian Realty Trust at William Casey Road (both on scenic roads) to July 21 pending Conservation Commission peer review of wetland delineations and concerns about water table conditions raised by a resident.
