Spencer Planning Board approves permits for three new homes on William Casey Road. Stormwater and scenic road permits for three single-family dwellings by Bedrosian Realty Trust at 45, 47, and 49 William Casey Road won unanimous approval, each with well and septic system in the Rural Residential zone. Town Planner Vivian Poplawski confirmed wetlands exist on adjacent properties but construction will remain 200 feet away.
The board also approved an amendment to a 2023 stormwater permit for 4 and 6 Eagleton Street and two property-subdivision plans.
