Spencer Planning Board approves solar installation at industrial site. Chair Robert Ceppi, Vice Chair Shirley Shiver, and member Gina Beford unanimously approved a Minor Site Plan and Special Permit for East Brookfield & Spencer Railroad, LLC to install a 35-foot-wide by 18-foot-wide canopy and solar array at 22 Podunk Pike. The board also granted waivers for topography, drainage, and lighting requirements.
In related business, the three-member board unanimously endorsed an Approval Not Required plan to divide a 3.6-acre parcel at 32 Kingsbury Road into two residential lots.
