Planning Board · Meeting of April 21, 2026

Spencer Planning Board approves tree removal and four land divisions in single meeting. The board unanimously endorsed four Approval Not Required (ANR) plans to divide 10 parcels totaling roughly 104 acres across town, presented by consultant Jason Dubois of DC Engineering. The applications included a 64-acre Moschini property on Howe Road split into two lots and a 27.6-acre Hovagimian parcel at 54 Hastings Road divided into two lots.

The board also approved removal of two structurally unsound oak trees at 24 Briarcliff Lane requested by Town Tree Warden Ray Holmes. In separate action, the board continued a public hearing on a proposed 1,700-foot common driveway at 26 Kingsbury Road serving three lots to May 19, pending peer review.
