Planning Board Approves Two Lot-Division Applications

Spencer Planning Board unanimously approves two separate lot-division applications for expanded residential development. The board endorsed an ANR for North Brookfield Road, creating a 217,800-square-foot lot with 295.35 feet of frontage, retaining an 82-acre parcel on Norcross Road; applicant Jeff Stevens presented the proposal, which passed 4-0. The board also approved a revised ANR for Kingsbury Road, moving lot 1A's rear line 100 feet toward the road; applicant John Mahaney will record the amended version.
The board continued a public hearing on a Stormwater Permit and Special Permit for 26 Kingsbury Road to June 16, 2026.
