Planning Board endorses Kingsbury Road lot-creation plan

SPENCER — The Spencer Planning Board unanimously endorsed a revised lot-creation plan for Kingsbury Road. Vice Chair Shirley Shiver stated all edits to the plan had been completed to her satisfaction. The five-member board voted unanimously to endorse the plan, which will allow Mahaney Realty Trust to create lots at 26 Kingsbury Road.
