SPENCER — Planning Board approves Eagleton completion certificate, Hastings ANR, continues Casey Road hearings. Chair Robert Ceppi's board issued a Certificate of Completion for 4 & 6 Eagleton Street following peer review and site inspection that confirmed stormwater management compliance. The board unanimously approved an ANR plan to create two lots on Hastings Road for the Bruso Family Trust.
Two permit hearings for Bedrosian Realty Trust properties on William Casey Road were continued to August 18 pending Conservation Commission clearance.
