Sewer Board approves $4,620 connection fee and system upgrades

Spencer Sewer Commissioners unanimously approve $4,620 connection fee for residential property on Lincoln Street. The board approved the connection fee comprising $1,100 for the connection and $3,520 to the sewer bank, with Commissioners Francis X. White and Francis X.
White, II voting in favor. The commissioners also voted unanimously to abate a $15 late fee for a billing dispute at 3 Sampson Street. The board reviewed the Fiscal Year 2027 draft budget and approved permanent employment for a wastewater treatment plant employee.
