Spencer sewer board approves change order reducing treatment plant cost by $77,486. Board Chair Francis X. White and Clerk Lawrence H.

Dufault voted unanimously to accept the net credit, reducing the contract price to $42,602,065.73. Change Order No. 6 encompasses 21 adjustments including roof repairs, asbestos removal, and unused-allowance credits of $255,612.50. The project remains within the $49.9 million authorization from 2022.
