Sewer Board approves engineering proposals, records $75K cost credit

Spencer sewer board authorizes $64,800 engineering contract, approves $75K project credit. Chair Francis X. White and Clerk Lawrence H.
Dufault authorized Wright-Pierce Engineering for wastewater treatment plant clarifier cover design and construction administration services. The board also approved a Tighe & Bond change order for $75,082.29 in project credits from electrical allowance adjustments and invoice corrections. In resident matters, the board abated $30 in late fees for one account and approved an $8,800 I&I charge for a residential property upgrade.
