Worcester County recorded eight Spencer property deeds between July 10 and Aug. 8, 2026, all dated July 10, but only one had a sale price recorded: $800,000, for a property that sold from Ellen Mulroy, trustee of an irrevocable trust, to William and Jeanette Cote. The other seven transfers, on Wilson Street, Main Street, Pleasant Street, Northwest Road, Ash Street, Stiles Avenue and Washburn Drive, carried no price recorded yet. Three of the eight named a bank or mortgage company as buyer, and one involved the Spencer Town Treasurer. With pricing data available for only one of eight sales, the period's records do not support broader conclusions about market direction.
