Spencer Sewer Board approves warrant articles and contractor transition

Spencer Sewer Board unanimously approves six warrant articles, consents to contractor transition. The commissioners approved warrant articles 21 through 26 and consented to continue sewer operations under an existing contract now managed by Wind River Environmental, following J&M Transfer's sale of the business. Chair Francis X.
White and Clerk Lawrence H. Dufault voted 2-0. The board also approved a $1,760 connection fee for a bedroom addition at 48 Pleasant Street.
