Spencer Board of Water Commissioners approves FY27 pipe procurement. Superintendent Doug Small reported that the Route 9 water main project is complete and lead service line inventory work is on schedule to finish this week. The board waived late fees for two residents disputing payment timing and tabled a proposal from Tata & Howard to update the emergency response plan.
The three-member board, chaired by Norman C. Letendre, Jr., unanimously approved procurement for FY27 ductile iron and polyethylene pipe.
