Spencer's water board approves treatment plant improvements and waives resident late fees. The three-member Board of Water Commissioners, chaired by Norman Letendre with Clerk Eben Butler and Member Stanley Davis, unanimously waived $30 late fees for residents at 85 Chestnut and 41 Highland streets and approved a $100-monthly payment plan for 20 Holmes Street. The board approved a conceptual design plan for treatment plant equipment and chemical systems and a Rules & Regulations draft from KP Law.
Tata & Howard's lead service line inventory identified 33 locations requiring excavation with contractor EM Thibault, to be funded through available grants.
