Spencer's Zoning Board of Appeals unanimously approved four zoning applications on April 14, granting permits and variances to four applicants. Chair Donna Parker, Jeffrey Butensky, and Allan Collette voted 3-0 on each, approving a special permit for a 558-square-foot garage addition at 15 Northwest Road, an amended permit for a deck roof at 20 Whittemore Cove, and a home occupation permit for Robert Laprade to sell Class 6 live bait at 14 Bay Path Road with required annual state Baitfish Dealer's Permit renewal. The board also approved a deck variance for Robert Lamothe at 15 William Casey Road and deferred a special permit application for reduced parking at 7 Cherry Street to May 20 due to incomplete abutter notifications.
